The Digital Job Coach is a multimedia presentation, usually distributed via CD-ROM, which contains information about individuals and their disabilities. This product can be used by a person with a disability to give a video presentation of who they are, what they can do, what their disability is and what kind of work they are seeking.

The Digital Job Coach focuses on the vocational arena. It can be used by potential or current employers to train management and co-workers about working with a person. DJC´s have also been used by clients with short-term memory loss to remind them of how they do their jobs, as this information can be fleeting for people with this disability.
